Welcome to HotelXplore! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HotelXplore platform, website, and related services provided by [Hotelxplore] ("HotelXplore", "we", "our", or "us").

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from accessing or using our services.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To use HotelXplore, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Use of Services

HotelXplore provides property management, channel management, booking engine, kiosk check-in, and related services for hospitality businesses.You agree not to use the services:

• For any unlawful purpose

• To infringe upon the rights of others

• To attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform

• To upload viruses, malware, or any harmful content

Subscriptions & Billing

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Fees and billing terms will be shared during onboarding or at the time of upgrading:

• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

• Taxes and third-party fees may apply based on your location.

 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to HotelXplore, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend services temporarily for maintenance or unforeseen issues.

Data & Privacy

By using HotelXplore, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding how we collect, use, and protect your data. You retain ownership of your customer and booking data, but grant us permission to process it as needed to deliver our services

Third-Party Integrations

HotelXplore may integrate with third-party services such as OTAs, payment gateways, or messaging platforms. We are not liable for the accuracy, functionality, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs within HotelXplore are the intellectual property of HotelXplore or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as per these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service inappropriately. You may cancel your account at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

HotelXplore is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms regularly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
